Sub: - 13th All India Conference of the AIRRBEA (NFRRBO/NFRRBE) simultaneously held at Madurai, Tamilnadu on 19-21 November, 2017 – New Committees of the leadership and the resolutions / agitation programme adopted from the Conference.
We have to inform that our above said conference adopted the following resolutions and agitation programmes on major 5 point demands as follows –
Opposition to Privatisation of RRBs – formation of State Level RRBs under NRBI/NABARD
Pension Parity – withdrawal of the SLP filed by the GOI in the Supreme Court.
Regularisation of Casual/Daily waged workers. Pending this, ensure payment of minimum wages and other benefits as per Supreme Court order dated 26.10.2016 on Equal Pay for Equal Job.
Full parity of other Allowances/Benefits/Service Rule/Promotion Rule/ Compassionate Appointment Scheme/Trade Union rights.
Scrap S K Mitra Committee Report - adequate manpower with massive branch expansion for better customer service.
Agitation Programmes adopted –
Black-Badge wearing w.e.f. 01.01.2018.
Mass contact with all Peoples Representatives/Campaign through Meeting /Seminars/Conventions etc.
Strike for one week on and from 26.03.2018
To ensure the agitation programmes to link up with the programmes of the UFRRBU, and to gather support of the UFBU/other TUs and democratic movement of our country.
